Anna Weber - jeweller

Over a period of time, Tasmanian born Anna Weber has studied jewellery in Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart. She has now decided to exchange her occupation of interior designer for a full-time commitment to the making of her jewellery.

This is Anna's Autumnal Collection, which draws it's inspiration from that season's tarnished shapes, falling leaves and barren twisted tree branches. She takes these images and translates them into stylised contemporary images and compositions for enjoyment and expression no matter what the season.

The majority of Anna's pieces are crafted in sterling silver, and often feature pierced or etched patterns, with oxidised silver or accents of gold. She also enjoys the flexibilty and range that resin affords, and combines these contrasting materials in her bangles and rings.
