Adrian Barber - painter

Having attained a medical degree, Barber practiced as a doctor for some years. However, in 2000 he traded in his stethoscope for a paint brush. He attended the Adelaide School of Art until 2004.

In 2005 he moved to Hobart, rented studio space in Salamanca Arts Centre and got down to the serious business of becoming a full time practising artist.
